(1) To join Downline Partners you MUST enroll as a Streamline Distributor through the Streamline International link on the Downline Partners website. If you enroll as a Streamline International distributor through any other site, membership in Downline Partners is not available to you. (2) Membership in Downline Partners is FREE. (3) Membership in Downline Partners entitles you to receive a maximum of 2 non-referred recruits through the Downline Partners database. Additional recruits from Downline Partners must be referred recruits. There is no limit to the number of referred recruits which you may enroll through Downline Partners. (4) Downline Partners pays you a $20 recruiting bonus for each recruit, referred or non-referred, that is placed in your downline by Downline Partners. (5) Non-referred recruits are placed under members of Downline Partners based on his/her position in the Members Database. Referred recruits are placed on the first empty downline position of the referring member; their placement is NOT dependent on the members position in the Downline Partners database. (6) As a Downline Partners member, you may advertise the address (URL) of the Downline Partners site if you wish, but must agree to NO SPAMMING. (7) Downline Partners can make no guarantees concerning earning potential or rate of growth of members Streamline International business.
